This second piece of the “Jazz Suite” is dedicated to “Salim and Nordin”, two musicians from Marocco I met last Year.
They taught me a lot humanly and musically speaking and for this reason I can call them "Maâlem". This is an important world that indicates the figure of teacher in Gnawa music. A teacher that guides people through life
This meeting was very inspiring for me and for sure it gave me the opportunity to start practicing this beautiful and ancient misic as well as the instrument Guembri: the Gnawa bass lute.
